Curt first began his sales career with Glick Fire Equipment in 1989, as the first full-time Glick Fire salesperson, and fully accepted Dave Glick’s mentorship for many years. Curt worked for Glick until 1995 and then transitioned to a family-owned Ford Dealership where he became a certified Master Sales Representative. Once given the opportunity, he returned to Glick in 2001 as an Account Manager, where his passion within this industry is second to none. Curt was promoted to Sales Manager in April 2017, his responsibilities include helping to manage 12 full-time Account Managers, coordinating demonstrators, and assisting with apparatus shows.
Curt has over 48 years as a volunteer firefighter – 37 of those years in various officer positions including Chief. Prior to working at Glick Fire Equipment, he gained experience chairing two truck committees, and understands the challenges the purchaser faces. He enjoys working alongside his customers as they, together, build the best apparatus for their community.
