Summer is here and our schedules are full with vacations, day trips, picnics and chicken barbecues.
On September 11, 2001 emergency responders everywhere felt the loss that came from that terrible attack. As another year goes by, we remember the 343 firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice while helping others. The National Fallen Firefighters Foundation holds Memorial Stair Climb events across the nation to remember those that gave all on that day. If you are in the Lancaster area, the local Memorial Stair Climb takes place on Sunday, September 13th, 2015 at Clipper Magazine Stadium. Bring the family – Both climbers and volunteers to encourage climbers are welcome!
