WRAFD unveils new ladder truck

Warrior Run Area Fire Department Chief Doug Funk stands by the department’s new $925,000 ladder truck.

WATSONTOWN — Emblazoned atop the Warrior Run Area Fire Department’s new 39-foot ladder truck is a decal which reads “FDNY 343 Never Forgotten.” Those words memorialize the 343 firefighters killed during the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attack in New York City.
