The RedBox™ Modular Transportable Equipment Container (MTEC) provides fire departments and other emergency response organizations with almost unlimited options when it comes to economically storing and transporting equipment, supplies and even firefighting systems. The RedBox MTEC is designed
to move equipment to the scene that you don’t need at every scene. It allows you to share a chassis and still be able to quickly and effectively move tools and equipment for special operations, technical rescue and haz-mat response. The RedBox MTEC can also be configured as a command and communications module
for use in long-term response situations, as a water tender, or as a wildland fire equipment container that can deliver several fire RTVs to the scene.
EJ Metals will customize the RedBox MTEC for your department’s unique requirements. The hook-lift system, flatbed and container combination can be installed on a variety of chassis sized for the job. The RedBox is built to order to give you just what you need and still stay within a tight budget, with the kind of construction quality you’d expect from a premium fire apparatus manufacturer.
The RedBox MTEC is not a converted shipping container adapted from another industry. Rather, it’s a premium quality fire and emergency storage and transport solution that’s custom designed and built with the attention to detail you’d expect from EJ Metals, Inc. It’s compliant with the special service requirements of NFPA 1901, and features high-strength aluminum construction, emergency lighting and striping, and rollup doors or ultra-robust pan-style doors. The RedBox is built by a team of fire apparatus craftsmen.
RedBox MTEC options and configuration are limited only by your need and imagination. |
